“I obtained information on this service from our veterinarian for our almost 15 year old dog and had to use it for our 10 year old dog. I was in shock because I didn’t know our younger dog Bailey was sick. The owner of Animalance RVA is one of those most compassionate people I have ever corresponded with. Her team helped us when our Bailey suddenly was in terrible pain. A team member located an Urgent Care Hospital that would see Bailey. That step helped immensely. Bailey ended up having cancer and we had to euthanize him that day. This is our 4th dog over 40 years that we have had to euthanize but all lived much longer than Bailey. I have never been this grief stricken and Becky has helped me so much on this journey. She has corresponded with beautiful emails that have been so touching and has made an enormous difference. I think this service is outstanding for pet lovers in the event their animal needs emergency care. When one sees an animal in extreme pain and their veterinary clinic is closed the availability of Animalance RVA for transporting your beloved pet is an outstanding service. Thank you to Becky and her team for being there for me in a heartbreaking situation. I will never forget your kindness, empathy and compassion. I highly recommend this service.
