For Urgent/Emergency Transports:
📞 Phone call is required — We do not coordinate emergency requests via text or online form.
For General/Scheduled Transports:
You can request transport by calling or texting with the following information:
🐶 Pet’s condition and any special needs (e.g., oxygen, mobility support)
📍 Pickup & drop-off locations
🕒 Desired date and time
🚨 2. Need Help Figuring Out Where to Go?
If your pet needs emergency care and you’re not sure where to go:
✅ We can help guide you based on your pet’s condition, which facilities are open, and who’s currently accepting patients.
✅ If you’ve already chosen a hospital, we will send over the transport agreement and invoice — and be on our way.
Ideally, you’ve already called the hospital, or clinic to confirm they’re open and ready to receive your pet. If you haven’t, we can work together to find the best option and make sure your pet gets where they need to go.
📋 3. You Coordinate the Medical Care
✅ Please call the receiving hospital, or clinic, ahead of time to let them know your pet is coming.
✅ Be sure to give them any necessary medical history and authorize treatment over the phone, especially in emergencies — this allows the care team to begin treatment right away, even if you’re not there yet.
✅ All medical and financial arrangements are handled directly between you and the hospital or clinic.
Our role is to safely and compassionately transport your pet — your communication with the care team ensures there are no delays when it matters most.
🚐 4. Safe & Compassionate Transport
Your pet will be safely transported by a trained veterinary professional in a secure, climate-controlled vehicle.
We accommodate special needs — including but not limited to:
- 🧊 Oxygen support
- ♿ Mobility assistance
- 🌙 After-hours, weekend, and holiday service (additional fees may apply)
