Every transport is a little different, so our pricing reflects the time, distance, and specific needs involved. Below are our starting rates to give you a general idea:
Emergency & Urgent Transport
For pets needing immediate transport- whether from home to a veterinary facility, between hospitals, or from a veterinary facility to home
Starting at $135 (Covers pickups within the City of Richmond & up to 15 miles beyond the city limits)
Additional fees may apply for:
- Longer distances
- After-hours service
- Special handling needs
If your pickup location is more than 15 miles outside the City of Richmond, we can provide you with a custom quote before booking.
Scheduled General Transport
Vet appointments, grooming visits, or other scheduled trips
Starting at $65 (Covers pickups within the City of Richmond & up to 15 miles beyond the city limits)
Note: Waiting with patients is not typically included in our service, but we can provide you a custom quote if waiting is needed.
Supplemental Oxygen Support
If your pet needs oxygen during transport:
$100 per half hour
